EMN 2025 Asylum and Migration Overview launch event

Every year, the European Migration Network (EMN) publishes the Asylum and Migration Overview (AMO), a report highlighting the most significant legal and policy developments in the field of migration and asylum at both national and EU levels.

Drawing on information provided by all EMN Member and Observer Countries, the report offers a unique comparative perspective on the latest developments across Europe, enabling stakeholders to explore similarities and differences in migration and asylum policies and practices.

As the AMO 2025 is set to be released soon, we invite you to join the launch event, which will present key migration trends during the 2025 calendar year. The event will draw on Eurostat statistical data and provide an overview of major developments at both EU and national levels across EMN Member and Observer Countries.

The event is open to policymakers, representatives of EU institutions and agencies, experts, practitioners, academics, civil society organisations, and NGOs.

The event will be held on 20 July 2026, 09:00 – 11:00 CEST online. Please, register here by 17 July 2026, COB.

Registered participants will receive an email with the online event link and updated agenda shortly before the event.
