The study analyses the causes of skills mismatches among migrants, examining why migrants’ qualifications and experience often do not align with the jobs they obtain. It looks at drivers, barriers, existing policies, good practices, and challenges related to recognising skills, integrating migrants into labour markets, and improving overall skills matching.
